    We had a horrible incident happen when coming home from Albuquerque, NM to Joplin, MO when on I-40 we were in truck traffic and the 18-wheeler in front of us ran over a big hunk of tire and shot it at our windshield.shattering it. I called several places along I-40 to no avail, then checked along I-40 in Amarillo and called the Glass Doctor. The gentleman I talked to was so nice and compassionate regarding our personal safety. He took my information and verified they had a windshield that would fit my vehicle and told us to come on in. We were around 3 hours away and when we showed up they got us in right away. They had a very comfortable waiting area offering drinks, cable tv etc. They did a fantastic job installing my windshield, cleaning up all the glass, and their customer service was great. We would highly recommend them if you are ever in Amarillo, TX.
