We have used Glass Doctor of Annapolis twice in the last year. Once to replace a section of a multi pane bow window and then to replace a windshield. They were able to replace the broken window in the house in 24 hrs and came to the house to work on the car windshield. Their prices are very good. Polite, helpful, excellent work. Take before and after pics! Super friendly and got me in for an appt quickly. Waiting room was comfy, and I was in and out pretty quick. Windsheild has no signs of leaks. The only thing that worries me is the top edge where the glass meets the car frame is uneven. I had another glass place inspect it and they confirmed, but said it should be fine as long as there arent leaks. They did say that it could lead to cracking later on though if not seated totally flush, but hopefully the warranty would be honored if that happens. When I made an appt to have the glass Dr recheck their work, I took off a half day of work to meet with the guy, because suddenly they were hard to get a hold of and had very limited availability. When I showed up the placed was locked, and whoever was managing their phones told me THEN that he had an emergency call. I could have taken my own client during this time, so this lack of communication cost me money. He was on an emergency and couldnt communicate, but whoever else was managing the phones at that time could have. I then had to delay my later client that day to go back there to have the work checked only to be told, "yea this is normal, we are humans and we can't put things perfectly straight like the factories can". Cant really argue with that I guess, so I just got reassurance on the warranty and left. A guy from another shop walked up during our conversation and loomed over us and started speaking over me about how he thought the guy was supposed to be out of town. It just felt inconsiderate and like I was being brushed off. I wish I had taken before pictures like I was advised to do. Hopefully this glass lasts me, as I got this car less than a year ago and plan to keep it for about a decade.
