Glass Doctor Auto of Cedar Park opened in August of 2023 by Russ and Susan Burleson to provide a quality service for the community and to create a legacy for future generations. After researching many different business options, they decided that joining the Glass Doctor family was the best choice due to the support from the Neighborly family and the focus on our Code of Values.

We are owned and operated by Russ and Susan Burleson, whose family has been in Texas for eight generations dating back to 1827. The family was involved in the Texas Revolution and had members in the Rangers of early Texas. They also have a family ranch that has been in operation since 1937.

Russ Burleson, Owner
Russ Burleson is a retired engineer and a successful entrepreneur. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in electrical engineering and served in the Air Force for over five years, working on various radar systems. He then transitioned to the private sector, holding several engineering and management positions in different industries, such as aerospace, defense, public safety, cybersecurity, software development, and manufacturing. He has over 30 years of experience leading teams, solving complex problems, and delivering innovative solutions.

Russ and his wife, Susan, started their own residential real estate company, Karma Properties, in 2019. They have since grown it into a profitable business that owns and manages several properties across Williamson County, Texas.

Russ lives in Georgetown, Texas, with his wife and has four wonderful children. His interests include amateur astronomy, volunteering in the community, and watching college football. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, the National Science Olympiad, the St. Vincent DePaul Society, and St. Elizabeth of Hungary church. He supports the community, including Lion’s Camp for Children, LSU AFROTC Detachment, the National Science Olympiad STEM competition, Mobile Loaves and Fishes, and the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce.

Susan Burleson, Manager and Inside Sales
Susan Burleson is the shop manager and inside sales representative. She started her career as a Health Information Records Manager for multiple hospital systems across the country and has also been an educator from 1st through 12th grades. Susan started her own residential real estate company, Karma Properties, in 2019, with her husband, Russ. They have since grown it into a profitable business that owns and manages several properties across Williamson County, Texas.

Susan and her husband live in Georgetown, Texas, and they have four amazing children. Her interests include traveling, reading, and spending time with her family. She is a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society and supports the community, including the Lion's Camp for Children, LSU AFROTC Detachment scholarship, and the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce.
