Window Repair & Replacement

I recently used Glass Doctor to repair a broken window in my home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. A couple of months ago, I initially reached out for a quote and received a quick response from Kristen. She made the process easy by allowing me to send photos and measurements, and she promptly provided a quote. Life got busy, and I ended up putting the repair on hold for a while. When I was finally ready to move forward a few months later, I reached back out to Kristen. She quickly sent me an updated quote. As expected, prices had increased slightly, but the difference was very reasonable. Since I was able to file the repair through my homeowner’s insurance, I waited for the insurance check to arrive and then contacted Kristen to schedule the work. Once I was ready to move ahead, they had a technician out to my home within a day, which was fantastic. Garrett and Xavier handled the repair, and both were incredibly kind, professional, and respectful. I was about to jump into a work meeting when they arrived, so they quickly removed the window and completed the repair outside. They then brought it back in and installed it quietly so I could continue my meeting uninterrupted. We had discussed that the repair would take about 30 minutes, and that’s exactly how long it took. They were efficient, respectful of my time, and left everything in great shape. I also noticed they took a moment to help the contractors building our new back porch with some window measurements they needed, which I thought was really thoughtful. The finished result is amazing. The window looks brand new, you cant tell it was ever broken. The entire process was easy, professional, and stress-free. The technician, Kevin, deserved five stars as he was clear with me from his first look at the almost quarter size star cluster on the windshield that there was no guarantee that the damage from a small stone was going to he completely resolved. As it is, the resolved damage looks less noticeable from the inside of the car than it does from the outside.

They came to my house and were prompt, got it done quickly before the rain started. Good job, no mess left behind

I would highly recommend Glass Doctor. We had to replace the rear window in an older Toyota Tundra and they quickly found the part, got me a quote, and scheduled the work. The installation tech was thorough and efficient, and kept me informed of what he was doing. They were great to work with throughout the whole process.

Fantastic service; Glass Doctors was clear about their pricing, were responsive and helpful when we had questions, and they were flexible in coordinating with our insurance when we needed a full car windshield replaced. They came to our house and gave us plenty of notice on when the windshield would be ready, and they recalibrated the car's sensors and camera before leaving. I would absolutely recommend Glass Doctors, and would go to them first if we need more help with our glass in the future.
