Randy New joined the Glass Doctor family in November 2013 and brought with him decades of experience, having started in the glass trade back in 1980. With over 40 years in the industry, Randy is a true expert in his field. He is highly skilled in all aspects of storefront glass, doors, and hardware, and has extensive knowledge of curtain wall systems, impact glass, and reglazing. Randy is also a certified lift performer, allowing him to safely and efficiently handle high-access installations and repairs. His commitment to quality, precision, and safety sets him apart, and his deep understanding of both residential and commercial glass systems makes him an invaluable asset to our team. Lori joined Glass Doctor in March 2023 and quickly became a valued member of our team. As a dedicated Customer Service Representative, she plays a key role in our receiving, shipping, and scheduling operations. Lori is highly knowledgeable in both impact and non-impact glass, allowing her to confidently answer customer questions and guide them through their options. She takes pride in scheduling appointments efficiently and ensuring each customer receives prompt, professional service. John Taranato has been a valued member of the Glass Doctor family since February 2023, managing our West Palm Beach office and serving the Palm Beach County area with expertise and dedication. With extensive knowledge in all aspects of glazing and storefront work, John excels in installing and measuring new windows, handling hardware on all types of windows, and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. A certified forklift operator, John is equally skilled at working directly with customers—offering guidance, answering questions, and providing solutions that fit their needs. His ability to both oversee projects and sell jobs makes him an invaluable part of our team. Nick has been a valued member of the Glass Doctor team since March 2019, serving customers throughout Palm Beach County from our West Palm Beach office. With extensive knowledge in all aspects of the glass trade, he is skilled in working with both impact and non-impact glass, new windows, and insulated impact glass. Known for his friendly and courteous approach, Nick makes customer satisfaction a top priority. He is meticulous in his work, ensuring every job site is left clean and orderly. Christopher Martin joined our Palm Beach County team in July 2023 and has quickly proven himself to be a valuable member of the Glass Doctor family. Although fairly new to the trade, Christopher’s natural ability to learn and adapt has made him a fast study in all aspects of glass work. He is knowledgeable in glass replacement and skilled at measuring both impact and non-impact glass. He is also gaining hands-on experience with hardware on windows for both residential and commercial projects. Known for his positive attitude, Christopher never says no to a job and is always ready to lend a hand wherever he’s needed. His eagerness to learn and willingness to help make him a reliable team player and a great asset to our company.

Freddy has been a valued member of the Glass Doctor family since November 2015. With many years of hands-on experience in the auto glass industry, he is a certified glass installer known for his precision and expertise. Freddy specializes in our auto glass division but is always ready to go above and beyond—whether it’s cutting custom glass for a customer or lending a hand to fellow technicians on site. Dedicated, dependable, and hard-working, Freddy never hesitates to step in where needed. His positive attitude and commitment make him an essential part of the Glass Doctor team.

Pedro Carbalero joined the Glass Doctor family in October 2023 and has quickly become a valued and trusted member of our team. Specializing in the shower division, Pedro expertly measures and installs showers for residential properties, commercial buildings, and hotels. His skill set also includes working with flat glass, non-impact, and impact glass, as well as professional mirror installations. Pedro’s craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail make him a go-to technician for a wide range of projects. With years of experience in the trade, Gary is skilled in all aspects of the glass industry, including impact and non-impact glass, tabletop glass, mirrors, new windows, and door inserts. He is especially knowledgeable in hardware on windows, where his precision and attention to detail truly shine. Known for his soft-spoken nature and dependable work ethic, Gary consistently delivers quality results while ensuring customer satisfaction. Rico joined the Glass Doctor family in November 2024 as our glass fabricator and has quickly become an invaluable part of the team. Quiet, hardworking, and always willing to lend a hand, Rico is one of the nicest people you could meet. His work is marked by precision, organization, and cleanliness, making him an absolutely fantastic fabricator. Whether he’s focused on crafting glass to perfection or stepping in to help wherever needed, Rico’s dedication and positive attitude shine through. Natasha Davidson joined Glass Doctor in July 2025 as a key member of our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Customer Service team. With a strong background in residential window systems, shower pricing, and office management, Natasha brings both technical expertise and exceptional organizational skills to her role. Natasha began her career in the glass industry in 2022 and quickly developed a deep understanding of the trade, working extensively with showers, mirrors, monolithic and laminated glass, as well as insulated glass (I/G) units. Her ability to combine precise pricing knowledge with excellent customer service makes her an invaluable asset to our customers and our team.
