We had a difficult window replacement. A turkey flew through a large window that was 65 years old. Even removing the broken parts from the frame was a challenge. It was a 3’x4’ window. Our service professionals were very knowledgeable, polite and informative. They came up with the right solution and the replacement and installation were perfect.

Brandon was super helpful with the initial estimate and really seemed like he knew what he was doing vs another company that was talking about a subcontractor. He let me know that either he or another tech would be out once the glass came in. (My 50lb dog likes to sleep on the back of my couch and must have been aggressive getting up there and broke my bay window with her butt, no dogs harmed in the process, just my wallet.) They kept their time frame and although there was a minor hiccup, I would still suggest all around. Ben was the installer and managed to handle my dogs with grace (they get excited to see new people but calm down after that) and was in and out. Window looks amazing and was very reasonable compared to other prices I was getting.
