I will start by saying that they did a great job. The windshield looks great, the technician that came out was able to replace it within 30 minutes. Everything in terms of the quality of their work and their price was great. The reason for the four star rating instead of a five star rating was I was frustrated that they canceled my appointment even though I confirmed three days before that I was wanting to keep it. I understand needing to verify that an appointment that had already been scheduled was indeed going to happen, But to Cancel it after I had confirmed it three days earlier did not make any sense to me. It ended up causing us to have to reschedule for 10 days later. I actually would have given Glass Doctors a one star review and never used them again. I was so angry, however, after calling Safelite, their competitor, I was introduced to how much worse customer service can actually be. So I went back to the Glass Doctors, scheduled a new appointment, and had a much better experience. If I can just give a bit of advice, it is to allow people to automatically confirm with a text, and do not cancel them until they have not confirmed at least 24 hours out. These two updates would be such a nice added value to have.
