Matt was very helpful setting up the appointment and getting this set for my windshield replaced. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because the appointment was set for 7am and the repair person didn't show up until 1pm. The service was quickly done and it was fine because I was still at work, but it would have been nice to be notified that there was a delay.

Guy showed up on time. Ordering the service was easy. Getting it approved was simple. All good!

This all started while I was waiting for my truck being serviced at a local dealership. A representative of another glass company told me there were two chips in my windshield and I needed a new replacement. After doing my own research, it was a firm no on using that company and I found Glass Doctor instead. This was a 100% positive experience. You can expect very friendly and helpful people to answer the phone. The technician, David, arrived on time and determined I did not need a new windshield. He made the repairs and you can hardly tell they were ever there. If you are ever approached by a glass company representative, do yourself a favor and research that company. You will probably find yourself calling Glass Doctor.

Very professional and honest business. Came when requested to measure my windows for double wall, low-e glass panes, to be inserted into the existing window frame. The turnaround was impressive, contacted on1/7/25 and installed on 2/6/26. Even matched up a grid window with the lower pane. Solid company and excellent technician. Definitely get a quote from them for any window needs.
