The Franchisee of the Year Award is the highest honor than can be earned by a franchisee in the Glass Doctor network. Taking things such as sales growth, customer service, and employee satisfaction into consideration, Neighborly® carefully selects a recipient of this honor each year. The winning franchise must show consistent growth through proper training and management of the organization.
We are extremely excited to announce that our franchise received this award! We were in attendance at the 2016 Neighborly International Convention held September 11th-14th in San Antonio, where the trophy was handed off to our owners, Larry and Cheryl Patterson
